Tato diplomová práce se zabývá ochranou práva na územní samosprávu, přičemž hlavní pozornost je věnována ústavní stížnosti podle čl. 87 odst. 1 písm. c) Ústavy ČR, tedy tzv. komunální ústavní stížnosti. Práce analyzuje právo na samosprávu v současné právní úpravě, a to jak na úrovni ústavní, tak i na úrovni zákonné.
