Tato diplomová práce studuje možnosti dokovacích nástrojů a molekulové dynamiky při studiu interakčního místa PAZ domény Argonaute proteinu v RNA interferenci. Pomocí výpočetních programů, které jsou voleny s ohledem na rozdílné přístupy hodnocení a molekulového dokování, se zaměřuje na vybrání vhodných ligandů z mnoha databázových struktur. This thesis studies the possibility of docking and molecular dynamics tools in the study of the interaction space PAZ domain in RNA interference. Using the computing applications, which are chosen with regard to different methods of classification and molecular docking, the thesis is focusing on choosing proper ligands from many database structures.
