Effect of Selected Natural Substances on Bacteria Producing Biogenic Amines
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci byl sledován inhibiční účinek dvou vybraných přírodních látek, a to thymolu a eugenolu. Obě tyto látky patří mezi esenciální oleje. Působení těchto látek bylo testováno na vybraných bakteriích, které tvoří toxické biogenní aminy. Z výsledků vyplývá, že větší inhibiční efekt byl pozorován u thymolu. Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis, the inhibitory effect of two selected natural substances, thymol and eugenol, was studied. Both of these substances are essential oils. The action of these substances was tested on selected bacteria that form toxic biogenic amines. From the results, it can be seen that a greater inhibitory effect was observed with thymol.
