Starší pracovníci v době digitalizace

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je formulovat doporučení pro regionální orgány, zaměstnavatele, a rovněž pro starší pracovníky v blížící se době digitalizace a průmyslu 4.0. Jak je nám známo, digitální transformace má průřezový efekt na ekonomii, společnost i jednotlivce a vytváří nové příležitosti a výzvy pro vlády a tvůrce politik. Práce vysvětluje jak starší pracovníci čelí problémům, když se přizpůsobují novým digitálním technologiím a faktoru věku, co je podle analýzy různých údajů z databází a studií Eurostatu pro ně výzvou. Pro analýzu byly použity rovněž data z SHARE databáze.

Abstract:

The main goal of the thesis is to formulate recommendations for regional authorities, employers, as well as older employees in the approaching era of digitalisation and Industry 4.0. We know that the digital transformation is having cross-cutting effects on the economy, society, and individuals, and it is creating new opportunities and challenges for governments and policymakers. The thesis explains how the older workers are facing issues while adapting to the new digital technologies and age factor which, is a challenge for them from the analysis of various data based on Eurostat data and studies. Data from the SHARE Database is also used for this study and findings.
