Bakalářská práce se zabývá řasovou flórou Rozsečského rašeliniště, které je součástí přírodní památky Cukl a Rozsečské rašeliniště u Kunštátu. Teoretická část zahrnuje popis přírodních podmínek Rozsečského rašeliniště, popis lokality a odběrových míst, obecnou teorii o rašeliništích, popis řas a sinic rašelinišť a mokřadů. Bachelor’s thesis is dealing with algae of Rozsečské moor, that is part of natural heritage Cukl and Rozsečské moor near Kunštát. Theoretical part consists of description of natural conditions of Rozsečské moor, description of locality and sampling places, general theory of moors, description of moor and swamp algae and anabaena.
