Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o behaviorálních teoriích podniku. Práce vymezuje jednotlivé behaviorální modely a nejdůležitější myšlenky jejich představitelů. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na aplikaci vybraného behaviorálního modelu na MSP a zkoumá, jaké faktory ovlivňují rozhodovací proces firmy. This bachelor thesis deals with the behavioral theory of the firm and their major theorists. The work defines individual behavioral models and analyzes the ideas of the most important theorists. The practical part of the work is focused on the application of the selected behavioral model on the firm and examines the factors that influence the decision-making process in the firm.
