Předmětem této práce je analyzovat článek 5 odst. 3 nařízení Brusel I. Rozebráno bude stanovení mezinárodní příslušnosti soudů u případů z porušení autorských práv. Práce bude obsahovat srovnání unijní a americké úpravy a judikatury. Uvedeny budou změny v nařízení Brusel I po novele. Abstract:
The subject of this thesis is to analyze Article 5(3) Brussels I Regulation. Focus will be given on determination of international jurisdiction in cases concerning infringement of copyright. The work will include comparison of EU and U.S. regulation and case law. Amendments to Brussels I Regulation will be presented.
