Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci je zkoumána produkce lektinu AFL2 z plísně Aspergillus fumigatus. Jedná se o hypotetický protein, který zatím nebyl izolován v rozpustné formě. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo optimalizovat expresi tohoto proteinu v hostitelském organismu E. coli. Byla optimalizována teplota exprese proteinu, koncentrace induktoru exprese i bod indukce. In this bachelor thesis I deal with production of lectin AFL2 from Aspergillus fumigatus. It is hypothetical protein that was not yet isolated in soluble form. The goal of this bachelor thesis was the optimization of protein expression in Escherichia coli host organism.
