2x2 contingency tables
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme kontingenčním tabulkám, zejména čtyřpolním kontingenčním tabulkám. Uvádíme testy nezávislosti (Pearsonův chí-kvadrát test, test s Yatesovou korekcí a Fisherův přesný test). Zabýváme se měřením síly závislosti ve čtyřpolní tabulce a dalšími charakteristikami. V poslední kapitole vyhodnocujeme reálná data o účinnosti repelentních prostředků při odpuzování klíšťat.
Abstract:
In this thesis we study contingency tables, in particular 2x2 contingency tables. We describe tests of independence (Pearson's test, test with Yates' correction for continuity, and Fisher's exact test). We follow up with measures of association in 2x2 contingency tables and other characteristics.
