Work deals with depreciation as a tax expenditure and legislation. Work is logically structured into three parts, ten contains tables and one chart. The goal of this work is to define tax depreciation in terms of legislation and literature and then apply this theoretical definition of the specific calculations. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá odpismi ako daňovými výdavkami a ich právnou úpravou. Práca je logicky štrukturovaná do troch častí, obsahuje desať tabuliek a jednu schému. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je vymedziť daňové odpisy z hľadiska ich právnej úpravy a odbornej literatúry a následne toto teoretické vymedzenie aplikovať na konkrétnych výpočtoch.
