Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je posouzení možností využití fotovoltaických panelů a porovnání různých způsobů vytápění objektu. V první části bakalářské práce budou zhodnoceny výhody a nevýhody fotovoltaických panelů, výše jejich pořizovacích nákladů, jejich životnost a návratnost investice do této technologie. Ve druhé části budou posouzeny čtyři druhy zdroje energie pro vytápění objetu, výše jejich pořizovacích nákladů, jejich životnost a náklady na jejich provoz. Vyhodnocení bude prováděno na objektu zdravotního střediska, dle projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení, zpracované dle vyhlášky č.499/2006 Sb., o dokumentaci staveb ve znění pozdějších předpisů, která byla vypracována v rámci předmětu Ateliér 1-3.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is to assess the use of photovoltaic panels and compare different methods of heating the building. The first part of the bachelor's thesis will evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of photovoltaic panels, the amount of their acquisition costs, their service life and return on investment in this technology. In the second part, four types of energy sources for heating the building, the amount of their acquisition costs, their service life and the costs of their operation will be assessed. The evaluation will be performed on the health center building, according to the project documentation for the building permit, prepared in accordance with Decree No. 499/2006 Sb., On the documentation of buildings, as amended, which was prepared within the subject Ateliér 1-3.
