Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na kvalitu služeb v kavárnách. Práce je rozdělena na tři části: teoretickou, analytickou a návrhovou. The Bachelor thesis is focused on quality of service in coffeehouses. The thesis is divided into three parts: theoretical, analytical and stating suggestions. The theoretical part includes information based on specialized literature and determines terms associated with service quality.
