Nutritional Care in Nursing Homes

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout a ověřit didaktickou pomůcku na téma význam nutriční péče v domovech pro seniory, léčebnou výživu, individuální nutriční péči a možnosti řešení nedostatečného příjmu stravy u seniorů. Didaktická pomůcka na dané téma je zpracována formou prezentace v Power Pointu a ověřena na skupině studentů prvního ročníku oboru nutriční terapeut na vyšší odborné škole zdravotnické. K ověření byl použit pretest a následně posttest, který se skládal z 25 uzavřených a otevřených otázek. K následnému vyhodnocení statistické významnosti byl použit Wilcoxonův test.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and verify a didactic aid on the topic of the importance of nutritional care in retirement home, medical nutrition, individual nutritional care and the possibilities of solving insufficient food intake in the eldery. The didactic aid on the given topic is prepared in the form of a Power Point presentation and verified on a group of students in higher vocational school of health care. A pretest and posttest were used for verification. Both tests consisted of 25 open and closed questions. The Wilcoxon test was used for the subsequent evaluation of statistical significance.
