V této diplomové práci se zabýváme technikou stránkou badmintonového tréninku. Jednotlivé kapitoly obsahují popis základních badmintonových úderů, vysvětlení jak tyto údery vypadají, kdy a proč se hrají. Dále je u každého úderu popsána metodická řada, nejčastější chyby a několik cvičení na procvičení úderů. In this thesis we deal with technics aspect of badminton training. Individual chapters describe the basic badminton strokes, explaining how those shots looked when and why to play. Furthermore, for each series of methodical strike, the most common mistakes and some exercises to practice strokes.
