Abstract:

Ondřej Hora, Ph.D. Instituce: Fakulta sociálních studií, MU Brno Název práce: Vliv vzdělání na uplatnitelnost absolventů středních škol na trhu práce ve vybraném regionu Počet slov základního textu: 22 230 slov Cílem této práce je zjistit „Jaké významné faktory, související se středoškolským vzděláváním studentů ve vybraném regionu, podle respondentů ovlivňují uplatnitelnost absolventů na trhu práce a jak by šly alespoň některé z nich ovlivnit.“ Vybraným regionem pro tuto práci je okres Uherské Hradiště, který leží na jihovýchodě Moravy. Teoretická část této diplomové práce se snaží ze studia literatury a jiných kvalitních zdrojů určit významné faktory, které mohou mít vliv na pozdější uplatnitelnost absolventů na pracovním trhu. Praktická část této diplomové práce ověřuje významné faktory, které byly popsány v teoretické části. Pro co nejkvalitnější zjištění skutečného stavu bylo využito triangulace. Kombinován byl dotazníkový průzkum s rozhovory. Zjištěné významné faktory byly ověřovány u studentů středních škol (všech typů), u učitelů na těchto středních školách, ale také u pracovníků na úřadě práce v tomto regionu. V závěrech této práce je možné nalézt některé návrhy k tomu, jak by bylo možné zvýšit šanci, aby absolventi po dokončení střední školy nalezli snadněji své první zaměstnání.

Ondřej Hora, Ph.D. Institution: The Faculty of Social Studies, MU Brno Diploma Thesis Title: The influence of education on the success rate of secondary schools graduates in the job market in a chosen region Number of words of basic text: 22 230 words The aim of this thesis is to find out ”Which significant factors related to secondary education of students in a chosen region affect the graduates' success on the job market according to the respondents and how it would be possible to influence at least some of them.” The region chosen for this thesis is the Uherské Hradiště district located in the south east of Moravia. The theoretical part of this thesis endeavours, from studying literature and other quality resources, to identify important factors which could affect later success of the graduates on the job market. The practical part of the thesis verifies the significant factors described in the theoretical part. Triangulation was used to achieve the highest possible quality of assessment of the actual state. A questionnaire survey was combined with interviews. The identified significant factors were verified with students of secondary schools (of all types), with teachers of these secondary schools, but also with the employees of a job centre in this region. In the conclusions of this thesis it is possible to find some suggestions on how to improve the chance for graduates to easier find their first job after leaving secondary school.
