The determination of rice chemical parametres during storage and its digestibility
Abstract:
Diplomová práce byla zaměřena na změny vybraných chemických parametrů rýže v průběhu skladování, v závislosti na různých skladovacích podmínkách. Dalším cílem bylo stanovení stravitelnosti jednotlivých druhů rýže. V této práci je obsažen základní popis rýže jako rostliny a jsou zde zmíněny také faktory ovlivňující pěstování a skladování rýže.
Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis was to measure the changes of chosen chemical parameters of rice during the storage, in dependent on a different conditions of storage. The next aim was the determination of digestibility in an individual kinds of rice. In this thesis basic description of rice as a plant and factors influences growing and storage of rice are included.
