Práce se zabývá problematikou placení dokumentárním akreditivem v kupních smlouvách v režimu Úmluvy OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží. Autor se do hloubky věnuje především specifikům práv a povinností stran kupní smlouvy souvisejících s volbou dokumentárního akreditivu jako způsobu platby. This diploma thesis deals with the issue documentary credit payments in sales contracts governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
