Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku únosnosti municipálního dluhu a na možnost jeho regulace. V rámci práce je proveden rozbor příjmů a výdajů rozpočtu obcí a krajů, který poukazuje na nedostatečnou výši nenávratných příjmů. This graduation thesis focuses on the issue of municipal debt acceptability and the possibility of its regulation. This thesis includes an analysis of revenues and expenditures of municipalities and regions, which points to a lack of non-repayable income.
