Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o insolvenčním řízení a řešení úpadku formou konkursu. V jednotlivých kapitolách práce je pojednáváno o insolvenčním zákonu a jeho vybraných ustanoveních a o konkursu jako jednom z možných způsobů řešení úpadku, který je v justiční praxi hojně využíván. This thesis deals with insolvency proceedings and failure solutions through bankruptcy. The individual chapters contain the analysis of the Insolvency Act and its provisions, as well as the analysis of the bankruptcy as one of more possible ways of dealing with failure, which is widely used in the judicial practice.
