Strategy of Development of the Village Klíny

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na strategii rozvoje obce Klíny. V teoreticko-metodologické části své práce se zabývám nejprve stručnou charakteristikou sídel v České republice. Vzhledem k tomu, že obec Klíny patří do kategorie malých obcí, zaměřuji se v této charakteristice převážně na malé obce. Dále zde rozebírám problém německého pohraničí, protože skutečnost, že se obec Klíny nachází v tomto pásmu, má značný vliv na její minulý, současný i budoucí rozvoj. V další části práce rozebírám přípravu strategických dokumentů v malých obcích, protože se jedná o klíčové dokumenty pro jejich další rozvoj. Dalším důvodem je, že realizace těchto dokumentů je pro malé obce často problematická. V aplikační části práce se již zaměřuji na obec Klíny jako takovou. Nejprve je zde nastíněna stručná charakteristika obce, včetně prvků, které podstatně ovlivňují celkový rozvoj obce. Dále stanovuji priority rozvoje obce a hodnotím jejich realizaci. Poslední část mé práce je zaměřena na potencionální finanční zdroje pro realizaci strategie obce.

Abstract:

This work targets strategy of development of municipality of Klíny. Firstly theoretical-methodological part of my work concerns with brief characteristic of seats in the Czech Republic. Because Klíny belongs to category of small municipalities, I mainly concentrate on small municipalities in this characteristic. Then I analyse the issue of German borderland because the fact that Klíny lies in this zone has significant influence over its past, current and future development. In the next part of this work I deal with preparation of strategic documents in small municipalities because these are key documents for their farther development. Another reason is the fact that realization of these documents is usually very problematic for the small municipalities. In application part I focus on municipality of Klíny as such. First there is outlined brief characteristic of municipality including the elements that considerably influence general development of the municipality. Then I set priorities of the municipality and assess their realization. Last part of my work is aimed at possible financial sources for realization of strategy of municipality.
