Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zpracována formou ošetřovatelského procesu u nemocného s chronickým selháním ledvin léčeného hemodialýzou. Obsahuje část teoretickou, kde je popsána anatomie, fyziologie ledvin, akutní a chronické selhání ledvin s jejich komplikacemi a projevy, očišťovací metody krve, kde je největší prostor věnovaný hemodialýze, krátce je zmíněna peritoneální dialýza a transplantace. The thesis is compiled in the form of a nursing process of a patient with chronic renal failure treated with hemodialysis. It contains a theoretical part that describes the anatomy, physiology of kidneys, acute and chronic renal failure with its symptoms and complications, blood sterilization methods which are mostly dedicated to hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and transplantation are briefly mentioned …more
