Politics of Electoral Reforms in Canadian Provinces Through Lenses of Barriers Approach
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je případovou studií pěti nerealizovaných volebních reforem ve třech kanadských provinciích - Britské Kolumbii, na ostrově Prince Edwarda a v Ontariu. Popisuje, jakým procesem tyto volební nereformy prošly za použití bariérového přístupu, který vysvětluje, co tyto pokusy nakonec zastavilo.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis is a case study dealing with five unrealized electoral reforms in three Canadian provinces – British Columbia, Prince Edward Island and Ontario. It describes the path these failed reforms completed using the advanced method of barriers approach which explains what stopped them eventually.
