The current security threats for the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá bezpečnostními hrozbami, které aktuálně ohrožují náš stát. K těmto hrozbám patří zejména terorismus, organizovaný zločin, extremismus, kybernetické hrozby, korupce a bezpečnost civilního letectví. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části a to na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Část teoretická je zaměřena na základní pojmy bezpečnosti, hrozeb a rizik. Dále se věnuje bezpečnostním hrozbám, která jsou aktuální pro náš stát a to za pomoci bezpečnostní strategie ČR 2011 a 2015, bezpečnostní strategie Ministerstva vnitra a také za pomoci BIS. Důraz je kladen i na opatření proti těmto hrozbám, která slouží jako prevence ochrany našeho státu. V neposlední řadě se teoretická část věnuje také hrozbám teoretických útoků v ČR, jelikož toto téma je aktuálně hodně rozšířené. V praktické části bylo cílem vytvoření dotazníkového šetření, kde jsou odpovědi respondentů, týkající se problematiky jejich bezpečnosti, vyjádřeny pomocí grafů a dále SWOT analýzy, jejíž součástí je popis silných a slabých stránek poukázaných na problematiku bezpečnosti ČR.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with security threats that are currently menacing out state. These threats include especially terrorism, organized crime, extremism, cyber threats, corruption and civil aviation security. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the basic concepts of security, threats and risks. It is also focused on security threats that are current for our country with the help of security strategy of the Czech Republic of 2011 and 2015, security strategy of the Ministry of the Interior and also with the help of BIS. Emphasis is also placed on measures against these threats, which serve as a prevention of protection of our state. Last but not least, the theoretical part also deals with threats of terrorist attacks in the Czech Republic, as this topic is currently very widespread. The objective of the practical part was to create a questionnaire survey, in which the answers of the respondents (about their safety issues) are represented by graphs and SWOT analysis, which includes a description of strengths and weaknesses pointed to the issue of security in Czech Republic.
