Influence of the Reconstruction on the Market Value of the Buildings
Abstract:
Teoretická část mé bakalářské práce se zabývá základními oceňovacími a stavařskými pojmy a vybranými prvky stavby, které lze rekonstruovat. Zaměřena je především na zkoumání vlivu provedené rekonstrukce na tržní hodnotu nemovitostí. V praktické části je provedeno tržní ocenění bytu a bytového domu. Poslední částí mé bakalářské práce je analýza realitního trhu v okrese Jindřichův Hradec.
Abstract:
The thoretical part of my thesis is describing pricing and building terms of selected elements of buildings that can be reconstructed. It is focusing primarily on the effects that reconstruction has on the market value of properties. In the practical part it explains market evaluation of flat and apartment building.
