Hygiene in the proces of education, forms and ways of relaxation of students at secondary schools

Abstract:

Anotace Diplomová práce se zabývá hygienou ve vyučovacím procesu, formami a způsoby odpočinku žáků na střední škole. Teoretická část diplomové práce přibližuje požadavky, které jsou kladeny na hygienu školního prostředí a mikroklima ve školních budovách. Hlouběji se zabývá charakteristikou duševní hygieny se zaměřením na dílčí složky psychohygieny z pohledu studenta a pedagoga ve vyučovacím procesu. V obecné rovině se věnuje odpočinku zdravých a integrovaných žáků. Praktická část obsahuje průzkum, jehož cílem je pomocí anonymních dotazníků zjistit, jaké je povědomí studentů o vnímání otázky hygieny ve vztahu k jejich studijním výsledkům z různých pohledů, způsobu odpočinku studentů, trávení volného času, míry stresových situací. V této práci budou taktéž porovnány otázky týkající se hygieny mezi různými studijními stupni.

Abstract:

Annotation This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the hygiene in the process of education, forms and ways of relaxation of students at secondary school. The theoretical part of the thesis shows the demands which are required for the hygiene of school environment and microclimate in school buildings. It also deals with characteristics of psycho hygiene focusing on its fractional components from the student’s and teacher’s point of view in the process of education. In general it is dedicated to the relaxation of healthy and integrated students. The practical part consists of a research made by questionnaires. The target of this research is to find out what the students know about the hygiene and how it relates to their school results from different points of view, students’ ways of relaxation, spending free time, the rate of stressful situations. In this work hygiene is also going to be compared on different studying levels.
