The history, present and possibilities of fire protection of czech citizens (with respect to the education of the youth in the field of fire protection)

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení stavu ochrany obyvatelstva ČR se zvláštním zřetelem na požární ochranu a průzkum vzdělanosti mládeže v oblasti požární ochrany. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na definici základních pojmů, druhy mimořádných událostí, zabezpečení ochrany obyvatelstva při hrozbě těchto událostí, úkoly, práva a povinnosti jednotlivých subjektů a historický vývoj ochrany obyvatelstva ve světě a v ČR. V praktické části jsou vyčísleny ekonomické škody způsobené nejen požáry. V návaznosti na to je provedeno dotazníkové šetření za účelem zjištění, jaký je skutečný stav vzdělanosti dětí v dané problematice. Na základě tohoto průzkumu je navrženo řešení pro zvýšení vzdělanosti v oboru ochrany obyvatelstva na základních školách. Ke konci práce je poukázáno na současný stav přípravy velitelů jednotek sboru dobrovolných hasičů a učitelů základních škol.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to evaluate the current situation of protection of the population in the CR with special reference to fire protection and survey of youth education in fire protection. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of basic concepts, types of incidents, protection of the population during the threat, tasks, rights and responsibilities of different agencies and the historical evolution of protection of the population in the CR and abroad. In the practical part there are quantified economic damage caused not only by fires. In consequence there is carried out a survey in order to determine what the actual education of children in this area is. On the basis of this survey is designed solution for increasing education in the field of population protection in primary schools. At the end of the work is highlighted the current state of preparation of commanders of volunteer firefighters and school teachers.
