Destination management in the Jeseníky tourist area

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá destinačním managementem v Jeseníkách. Cílem práce je navrhnout doporučení a nový produkt, který dále rozvine cestovní ruch ve zkoumané oblasti. První část práce je teoretická, kdy se zabývá principy destinačního managementu a marketingu. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na analýzu vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí destinace včetně nabídky cestovního ruchu v destinaci Jeseníky. Poslední část shrnuje nalezené faktory ve SWOT analýze, přináší doporučení pro destinaci a navrhuje konkrétní produkt.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the principles of destination management in Jeseníky destination. It aims to give recomendations and make suggestion of new destination product, which developes tourism in destination. In the first theoretical part, there is overwiev of main principals of destination management and marketing, main terms are defined and described. In the second part, there are used analyses of internal and external enviroment including tourism supply in destination Jeseníky. In the last part, there is designed SWOT matrix based on results of previous analyses. As a result, there are recommendations for destination and suggestion of new product is made.
