Práce se zabývá tématem vlivu osobnostních dispozic na zvládání pracovní zátěže. Vychází z interakčního paradigmatu, které předpokládá stejný vliv osobnosti a situace na zvládání zátěže, respektive na volbu copingových strategií. This thesis deals with coping strategies and factors, such as the personality and stressful situation, that can influence these strategies. The thesis is theoretically based on the interactional paradigm. This implies that both personality and situation have the same influence on coping.
