Abstract:

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je ,,Vliv domácího prostředí na soběstačnost pacienta po operacích v oblasti kyčelního kloubu?. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část a v závěru je doplněna přílohami. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní informace o anatomii kyčelního kloubu, o typu endoprotéz, důvody k provedení totální endoprotézy, kontraindikace, indikace, předoperační a pooperační péči, pokyny po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu, ergoterapii po totální endoprotéze, agentury domácí péče. Praktická část se zabývá cílem práce, hypotézami, vyhodnocením dotazníku, diskuzí a závěrem práce.

Abstract:

The topic of my bachelor work is the ,,Influence of the domestic background to the patient autarchy after an operation in the hipbone area?. The work is divided into the theoretical and practical parts and the attachments are enclosed at the end. The theoretical part includes the basic information about the hipbone anatomy, the arthoplasty types, the reasons for a total arthoplasty, contra-indications, indication, pre-operative and post-operative care, the instructions after the total hipbone arthoplasty, the ergotherapy for the total arthoplasty and the aftercare agencies. The practical part deals with the work objective, hypotheses, questionnaire evaluation, discussion and work conclusion
