Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na konkrétní druh trestu ukládaný pachatelům trestných činů v České republice. This bachelor thesis focuses on a specific type od punishment imposed on offenders in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the characteristics of imprisonment, a look into the history of punishment and sentencing of mankind and also on the current legislative regulation of punishment.
