Diplomová práce pojednává o úhradě plnění za jiného podle zákona o rodině. Jejím obsahem je stručné vymezení souvisejících pojmů, historický vývoj institutu, kritická analýza aplikace a interpretace ust. § 101 v tzv. tradičních případech, srovnání s úpravou bezdůvodného obohacení a rozbor právní úpravy dané problematiky de lege ferenda. The master’s thesis deals with the issues of coverage of maintenance instead of somebody else pursuant to the Family Act.
