Strategic analysis of the company for the purpose of its further development
Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je provedení komplexní strategické analýzy obchodní společnosti zaměřené především na maloobchodní prodej vybavení na zahradu se specializací na zahradní grily. Účelem analýzy je vytvoření návrhů strategií pro další rozvoj společnosti a jejich následné vyhodnocení a formulace strategie vedoucí k nasměrování společnosti k jejímu dlouhodobému růstu.
Abstract:
The subject of the diploma thesis is carrying out a complex strategic analysis of a company which focuses on retail of garden equipment with a specialization on garden BBQs. The aim of the thesis is to create strategy proposals for further development of the company and their following evaluation and formulation of a strategy leading to directing the company to its long-term growth.
