V rámci této práce byla komplexně popsána problematika zániku mandátu člena zastupitelstva územního samosprávného celku, která může fungovat jako pomocný studijní materiál či příručka. V úvodu této práce jsou vymezeny vyšší územní samosprávné celky, nižší územní samosprávné celky a hlavní město Prahu. This thesis has comprehensively described the issue of the termination of the mandate of a member of a local self-government unit council, which can function as an auxiliary study material or a handbook.
