Bakalářská práce analyzuje současnou situaci osob ve věku nad 50 let na trhu práce v ČR. Srovnává různé faktory, ovlivňující zaměstnanost a nezaměstnanost lidí nad 50 let v ČR a v Evropské unii. Úvodní část práce je věnována trhu práce, diskriminaci a popisuje problematiku zaměstnanosti a nezaměstnanosti. The thesis analyzes the current situation of persons aged over 50 years in the labor market in the Czech Republic. It compares the different factors affecting employment and unemployment of people over 50 years in the Czech Republic and the European Union.
