Abstract:

Diplomová práce se nejprve zabývá problematikou sportovního managementu a definuje nároky kladené na osobnost sportovního manažera. V další části jsou vymezeny kompetence manažera a význam manažerské etiky. Součástí práce je dotazníkové šetření. Hlavním cílem této práce je s pomocí teoretických poznatků a výsledků získaných dotazováním, vymezit faktory a vlastnosti potřebné pro úspěšné vykonávání profese sportovního manažera a navrhnout etický kodex pro tuto profesi. Na závěr jsou výsledky dotazníkového šetření diskutovány a shrnuty.

Abstract:

The master thesis deals with issues of sport management and defines the requirements imposed on a personality of the successful sports manager. In the next part are defined competency and importance of manager ethics. There is written questionnaire included within the thesis. The main objective is, with the use of the information mentioned in the theoretical part and the results of the written questionnaire, to determine the factors and characteristics needed for the successful sports manager. The results of the questionnaire are discussed and summarized in the conclusion.
