Abstract:
Kvalifikační práce analyzuje vybrané metody hodnocení a řízení výkonu a rozvoje pracovníků ve vybraném malém podniku XY. Ze získaných výsledků je zásadní poznatek, že hodnocení výkonu pracovníků je v malých podnicích žádoucí a že i při určitých možnostech ovlivnitelných velikostí podniku je možné použít systémy a metody běžně aplikované v podnicích velkých.
