Inventura nedokončené výroby ve ŠKODA AUTO a.s.

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou stávajícího stavu při provádění inventury nedokončené výroby ve ŠKODA AUTO a.s. v útvaru Logistika výroby komponent. Na základě zjištěných informací navrhuje informační systém pro zlepšení plánování výroby a použití tabletů pro zrychlení a zpřesnění získání inventurního stavu dílů v nedokončené výrobě.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on analyzing the current state of stocktaking of work in progress at ŠKODA AUTO a.s. in the Component Production Logistics Department. It suggests information system in order to improve production planning and tablet usage in order to make stocktaking of unfinished goods in work in progress quicker and more accurate based on found information.
