Fundraising - as one of the options for financing social work services.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na fundraising, jako jednu z možností financování služeb sociální práce. Cílem diplomové práce je charakterizovat a zjistit význam fundraisingu v neziskových organizacích zaměřených na sociální práci. Diplomovou práci tvoří dvě části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku sociální služby, financování, klasifikaci organizací, pojem fundraising, jeho formy a metody, využití informačních a komunikačních technologií a daňovou problematikou dárců. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit význam a možnosti fundraisingu ve vybraných organizacích sociální práce Moravskoslezského a Zlínského kraje. Výzkumnou část tvoří kvalitativní výzkumná strategie, kdy byla použita metoda zakotvené teorie s technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, který autorka realizuje oslovením neziskových organizací na území Moravskoslezského a Zlínského kraje. Na základě vyhodnocení výsledků rozhovorů je valorizována efektivita financování sociálních služeb metodou fundraisingu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on fundraising, as one of the possibilities of financing social work services. The aim of the thesis is to characterize and determine the importance of fundraising in non-profit organizations focused on social work. The diploma thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of social services, financing, classification of organizations, the concept of fundraising, its forms and methods, the use of information technologies and donor tax issues. The goal of the research is to find out the meaning and possibilities of fundraising in selected social work organizations of the Moravian-Silesian region and the Zlín region. The research part consists of a qualitative research strategy, where the method of grounded theory was used with the technique of semi-structured interviews, which the author implements by approaching non-profit organizations in the Moravian-Silesian and Zlín regions. Based on the evaluation of the results of the interviews, the effectiveness of financing social services using the fundraising method is evaluated.
