Stakeholder analysis of a company

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis “Stakeholder analysis of a company” is to analyze current strategy of the company, to apply stakeholder analysis on the selected company and to assess its contributions for the current strategy. Theoretical part of the thesis is aimed on description of concepts of strategy, strategic management, strategic analysis, stakeholder approach and stakeholder analysis. The concept of stakeholder is defined, as well as identificacation and segmentation of stakeholders, their interests and needs. In the practical part is presented a company at which the stakeholder analysis is being realized, methods of strategic and stakeholder analyses are described as well. On the basis of achieved results from stakeholder analysis in the selected company, there are stated results and proposals of measurements, which should contribute to improvement of the company strategy and to reach its goals more effectively.

Abstract:

Predmetom diplomovej práce „Stakeholderská analýza podniku“ je analyzovať súčasnú stratégiu podniku, aplikovať stakeholderskú analýzu na vybraný podnik a zhodnotiť jej prínosy pre jeho súčasnú stratégiu. Teoretická časť práce je zameraná na vymedzenie pojmov stratégia, strategické riadenie, strategická analýza, stakeholderský prístup a stakeholderská analýza. Je vymedzený pojem stakeholder, identifikácia a segmentácia stakeholderov, ich záujmov a potrieb. V praktickej časti je predstavený podnik, v ktorom je stakeholderská analýza realizovaná, popísané metódy realizácie strategickej a stakeholderskej analýzy. Na základe výsledkov stakeholderskej analýzy v danom podniku sú stanovené závery a návrhy opatrení, ktoré by mali prispieť k zlepšeniu stratégie podniku a efektívnejšiemu dosahovaniu jeho cieľov.
