Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá medem a včelími produkty a jejich antimikrobiálním působením. Práce obsahuje složení a základní vlastnosti medu a včelích produktů i jejich léčebné působení. This bachelor thesis is about honey and bee products and their antimicrobial activity. The thesis contains composition and properties of honey and bee products with their healing activity. The main part is about effect of antibacterial and antifungal activity. It contains also studies researching this activity and methods, which they have used.
