The influence of fire sport on health-oriented fitness of children agend from 6 to 11 years

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou týkající se pohybové výkonnosti a zdravotně orientované zdatnosti u dětí ve věku 6 - 11 let věnující se konkrétnímu pohybovému kroužku (hasičský kroužek) a u dětí, které se žádnému pohybovému kroužku nevěnují. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány údaje vztahující se ke zvolenému tématu, zejména se jedná o otázky: Jaká je historie hasičů v našem městě? Jaké činnosti se věnuje hasičský kroužek? Kterých soutěží a v jakých disciplínách se děti z hasičského kroužku zúčastní? Co znamenají pojmy pohybová výkonnost, fyzická zdatnost a zdravotně orientovaná zdatnost? Co nám vymezuje pohybovou výkonnost? Jaké známe motorické testy? Jaký je způsob provedení jednotlivých motorických testů? Praktickou část tvoří výsledky vlastního šetření, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, jaká je zdravotně orientovaná zdatnost u dětí věnující se pohybovému zájmovému útvaru ve srovnání s ostatními dětmi. Součástí práce jsou konkrétní závěry a doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

This thesis is about problems of physical performance and health-oriented fitness in children from six to eleven years engaged in specific movement club (firefighter club) and children, who don't engage in any movement club. In the teoretical part are data related to the chosen topic in particular the questions: What is the history of firefighters in our city? What activities is the firefighter club interested in? In which competitions and disciplines do the children from the firefighter club participate? What do the terms physical performance, physical fitness and health-oriented fitness mean? What does the physical performance define? What motor tests do we know? What is the method of performing particular motor tests? The practical part consists of results of own survey, the aim of which was to find out what is the health-oriented fitness of children engaged in the movement club, compared to other children. In one part of the thesis are specific conclusions and recommendations for practice.
