Předmětem diplomové práce je vztah manažerských řídicích systémů a stylu řízení. Konkrétním zkoumaným stylem řízení je liberating leadership, který je uplatňovaný v tzv. svobodných firmách. The main concern of this master thesis is in the relation between management control systems and management style.
