In-line skating as a leisure activity in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je „In-line bruslení jako volnočasová aktivita v ČR“. Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí, nejprve teoretické, poté praktické. Teoretická část popisuje a objasňuje několik pojmů, souvisejících s tímto tématem a problematikou. Praktická část práce obsahuje pohled na situaci trhu s bruslemi, na postoj měst, krajů a jejich zástupců k in-line bruslení a výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které se zaměřilo na analýzu vztahu vybrané populace k pohybovým aktivitám a k in-line bruslení.

Abstract:

The topic of master’s thesis is „In-line skating as a leisure activity in the Czech Republic“. The thesis contains of two main parts, first theoretical, then practical. The theoretical part explains and clarifies several concepts relating to the topic. Practical part contains a view on the market situation for in-line skates, the attitude of municipalities and their representatives to in-line skating and the results of questionnaire oriented on the attitude analysis of selected population to physical activities and to in-line skating.
