Application business ethics as a tool to enhance the competitiveness of organizations.

Abstract:

Táto bakalárska práca sa zameriava na analýzu manažérskej etiky českých a slovenských firiem. Prieskum bol robený hlavne vo veľkých a stredne veľkých firmách, ktoré pôsobia v rôznych oblastiach podnikania. Boli oslovené firmy výrobné, poskytujúce služby a tiež firmy obchodné a vykonávajúce svoju pracovnú činnosť aj v iných oblastiach. Teoretická časť charakterizuje manažérsku etiku, definuje etické riadenie a rozsiahlejšie popisuje jej nástroje a metódy. Jedná sa o etický a sociálny audit, spoločenskú zodpovednosť firiem a etický kódex. V praktickej časti je vyhodnotenie dotazníkov v podobe analýzy súčasného stavu manažérskej etiky v dotazovaných firmách. Na záver sú uvedené návrhy a odporučenia pre dotazované firmy. Cieľom tejto práce je teda na základe analýzy posúdiť konkurencieschopnosť podnikov pri využití manažéskej etiky a jej nástrojov.

Abstract:

This bachelor's work focuses on the analysis of business ethics Czech and Slovak companies. Research was carried out mainly in large and medium-sized companies which operate in different areas of business. They contacted the production company, providing services but also business and carrying out their work activities in other areas. The theoretical part characterized by business ethics, defines the ethical management and extensive describes its tools and methods. It is the ethical and social audit, corporate social responsibility and ethics. In the practical part is the evaluation questionnaires in the analysis of the current state of business ethics in responding companies. At the conclusion are given suggestions and recommendations for the sample companies. The aim of this work is therefore based on an analysis to assess the competitiveness of enterprises in the use of business ethics and its instruments.
