Economic evaluation of investment in fixed assets

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ekonomickým vyhodnocením investice do dlouhodobého hmotného majetku. Jedná se o konkrétní investiční záměr, kterým je ekonomické zhodnocení investice do přesunu výrobních technologií ze zahraničí do České republiky. Výsledkem ekonomického vyhodnocení investičního záměru bude posouzení efektivity výroby v ČR s importem identického výrobku ze zámoří a z toho vyplývajícího doporučení nebo zamítnutí daného projektu. Toto téma vnímám jako atraktivní a aktuální pro dnešní dobu a podmínky pro podnikání v České republice. Podobný přesun technologií jsem již v minulosti realizoval s pozitivním výsledkem. Dílčím cílem práce je objasnění a vybrání vhodných metod a principů hodnocení ekonomické výhodnosti investičních projektů a to jak statických tak i dynamických a jejich současná aplikace na konkrétní investiční záměr. Nelze také opomenout případné rizika spojené s projektem a doporučit opatření na jejich snížení nebo eliminaci. Hlavním, nejdůležitějším cílem této práce je rozhodnutí, zda je projekt vhodný pro realizaci, či nikoliv.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the economic evaluation of investments in fixed assets. This is a concrete investment plan, which is the economic evaluation of investment in production technology transfer from abroad to the Czech Republic. The result of the economic evaluation of investment project will assess the efficiency of production in the Czech Republic with an identical import product from overseas and the resulting recommendations or reject the project. This topic is suitable, attractive and updated for nowdays and the conditions for business in the Czech Republic. A similar technology transfer has already been implemented in the past with positive results. A sub-goal is to clarify and selecting appropriate methods and principles of assessment of the economic benefit of investment projects, both static and dynamic methods and their application to a specific investment goal. You also can not forget the potential risks associated with the project and recommend measures for their reduction or elimination. The main, most important goal of this work is to determine whether the project is suitable for implementation or not.
