Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá regionálními potravinami, které jsou produkovány na území regionu Šumava. This bachelor thesis deals with regional foods that are produced in the Šumava region. The theoretical part gradually analyses the term "regional food", how regional foods are perceived and characterised. Furthermore, which possible methods of sales can be used to distribute regional foods.
