Pedagogical aspects of tennis training for high school-aged trainees

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vedení tréninku tenisu mládeže ve středoškolském věku, kdy je potřeba zvolit individuální přístup ke každému jedinci dle jeho cílových požadavků, a také zohlednit jeho povahové rysy a maximální možnosti. Teoretická část je zaměřena na výčet veškerých pedagogických aspektů trenéra, nutných pro vykonávání jeho práce, dále technik, které se v praxi používají pro co nejvyšší efektivitu a spokojenost svěřence na tréninku tenisu. Jejím cílem je vyjmenovat jednotlivé aspekty trenéra a zvolit optimalizovanou metodu práce se svěřenci středoškolského věku. Závěr teoretické části je vyhodnocení práce se svěřencem a jaké výsledky spolupráce s trenérem byly zaznamenány. Cílem praktické části bylo získat informace od trenérů s dlouholetou praxí, jakou volí strategii při tréninku středoškoláků a jakou metodu tréninku by oni sami doporučili a čeho by se naopak vyvarovali. Na základě těchto výchozích bodů byly vytvořeny pro trenéry otázky a veden rozhovor.

Abstract:

The bachelor’s thesis covers the issue of conducting a tennis training for young trainees in a high school age, when it is crucial to choose an appropriate individual approach to each individual according to his/her target requirements, as well as taking into account his/her character traits and maximum possibilities. The theoretical part is focused on enumeration of all pedagogical aspects of the trainer’s work, as well as the techniques used in practice to maximize the efficiency alongside with the trainee’s satisfaction in tennis training. The main target is to indicate the trainer’s specific and to choose an optimized method of working with trainees of high school age. The final part of the theoretical section discusses the assessment of the work with the trainee, and which results of the cooperation with the trainee were recorded. The aim of the practical part was to obtain information from coaches with long-term experience, the strategy they chose in high school training and what method they would recommend and what they would, on the other hand, avoid. Based on these starting points, questions and interviews were created for coaches.
