French tradition of philosophy in literature at 18. and 20. century

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce zaměřuje svůj pohled na přiblížení oblasti filosofické literatury, na přiblížení fenoménu filosofické reflexe v beletrii, na ozřejmění vztahu filosofie a literatury skrze francouzské literární prostředí, ve kterém má symbióza filosofie a literatury významnou tradici. Práce přiblížuje filosofické spisovatele par excellence: Denise Diderota, Voltaira, Alberta Camuse a Jean-Paul Sartra. Tato práce tedy zaměřuje svůj pohled na analýzu beletristických projevů velikánů dějin filosofie, na literární projevy filosofů, na analýzu literatury ? la th?se.

Abstract:

This thesis focus on the relation between philosophy and literature. This field has a specific name: philosophical literature. Connection between philosophical reflection and beauteous literature is noticeable mainly in French milieu. In the eighteenth and the twentieth century there were four philosophers which were also excellent writers. It was Denis Diderot, François Marie Voltaire, Albert Camus and Jean-Paul Sartre. This thesis focus on their literary expression, on demonstration of their philosophical thoughts in beauteous literature and also on analysis literary philosophical discourse, on literature ? la th?se.
