Differences in the perception of work for men and women
Abstract:
Cílem práce je analyzovat fenomén práce a pracovního života z pohledu žen a mužů. Práce bude zohledňovat psychologické aspekty tohoto fenoménu. Bude se zabývat motivací, diskriminací, hodnotami, odměňováním, zvládáním zátěže apod. a práce v organizaci.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to analyse the phenomenon of work and working life from both the female and male point of view. The thesis takes into account the psychological aspects of this phenomenon. It mainly addresses motivation, discrimination, values, reward, stress management and so on, and also the work within an organization
