Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou výrobního procesu pomocí metody Value Stream Mapping. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza současného stavu dvou vybraných výrobků a nalezení plýtvání. Následně pomocí mapy budoucího stavu nalezená plýtvání odstranit. Dalším cílem je procesní analýza toku hodnot při přijetí odvolávky a plánování výroby. This thesis is concerned with the analysis of the production process by the method Value Stream Mapping.
